As I’ve deepened my coaching, training, and writing practices, it became clear that OKRs are a great tool to make strategy real.

But to be truly effective, you need to be able to make Strategic Choices.

Having trained with IDEO U to work in Roger L. Martin’s “Playing to Win” strategy framework, and collaborated on strategy with the groups I work with, I’ve gradually shifted to emphasizing the importance of starting with strategy everywhere.
